The story of Kiko Zeballos
Originally from northern Peru, Kiko Zeballos worked in Spain at one of Ferran Adria‘s restaurants and directed the kitchen of the restaurant Astrid & Gaston in Madrid.
Since 2017, Kiko has been based in Switzerland, where he has worked as chef du cuisine and consultant for different gastronomic experiences.
Kiko‘s exquisite cuisine masterfully blends authentic Peruvian roots with global influences, promising a culinary journey like no other.
His cooking is all about honoring each ingredient, treating it with care to bring out the best flavors as well as the natural health benefits of Peruvian superfoods.
